Cherry Oat Crumble

We’ve used summer fruits to make this easy oat-topped crumble dessert!

Instructions

Filling

  • Preheat the oven to 190C and grease an oven-proof dish.

  • Combine the cherries, strawberries, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch and salt in a large mixing bowl. Spoon into the prepared oven-proof dish.

Topping

  • In a separate bowl, combine the oats, sugar, salt and vanilla then mix in the melted butter and spoon on top of the fruit.

  • Place in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
