We’ve used summer fruits to make this easy oat-topped crumble dessert!
Preheat the oven to 190C and grease an oven-proof dish.
Combine the cherries, strawberries, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch and salt in a large mixing bowl. Spoon into the prepared oven-proof dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the oats, sugar, salt and vanilla then mix in the melted butter and spoon on top of the fruit.
Place in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
