Cauliflower Rice

  • Wash and dry the cauliflower and remove all greens. If using a grater, cut up the cauliflower and use the medium sizes holes to grate. If using a food processor, cut into small pieces and process into rice-like pieces.

  • Place the cauliflower rice on to a paper towel and press to remove any excess moisture. To cook, saute the cauliflower rice in a pan over a medium heat with one tablespoon of oil, cover with a lid and allow the steam to tenderise the rice (around 5-8 minutes). Season as desired and serve with recipes that call for rice!
