Once you start munching these cashew and cranberry biscuits you wont be able to stop they are THAT delicious!
Preheat the oven to 175C. In a small bowl combine the linseed and water then set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, sugar and cinnamon.
Tip the oil and vanilla into the linseed mixture and whisk. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, combine and add the sunflower seeds, cranberries cashews and chia seeds.
Shape the mixture into 8 cookies, press halved cashews into the top, place on a baking tray and bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
