Cashew & Cranberry Biscuits

Once you start munching these cashew and cranberry biscuits you wont be able to stop they are THAT delicious!


  • Preheat the oven to 175C. In a small bowl combine the linseed and water then set aside.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, sugar and cinnamon.

  • Tip the oil and vanilla into the linseed mixture and whisk. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, combine and add the sunflower seeds, cranberries cashews and chia seeds.

  • Shape the mixture into 8 cookies, press halved cashews into the top, place on a baking tray and bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
