Carrot Hot Dog

The perfect plant-based alternative to a classic hot dog! Much healthier and perfect for the BBQ…


  • Boil the carrots until tender. Mix the soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, water, maple syrup, paprika, garlic powder and pepper to a large bowl.

  • Add the carrots to the marinade, toss the carrots in the sauce, cover and place in the fridge for 24 hours.

  • Drain the carrots and cook until each side is golden brown. Pop in a bun and serve with your favourite toppings.
