Candy Cane Bark

The perfect homemade gift for kids to gift teachers, friends and family!


  • Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pop the dark chocolate in a bowl placed over a pot of simmering water, or in a microwave to melt.

  • Pour over the prepared baking tray and spread out using a spatula. Leave to set while you repeat this process with white chocolate.

  • Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top and place in the fridge for 15 minutes.

  • Once set, break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container.
