Butterfly Pea Tea Popsicles

Butterfly Pea Flowers give these popsicles a bold blue colour that will wow your eyes!


  • Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Carefully pour the boiling water into a bowl followed by the dried flowers. Leave to cool for 30 minutes or until lukewarm.

  • Sieve the liquid to remove the flowers, return the liquid to the bowl and stir in the mint leaves and honey.

  • Pour the liquid into ice pop moulds and freeze overnight.
