Butterfly Pea Tea Popsicles
Instructions

Pour the water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Carefully pour the boiling water into a bowl followed by the dried flowers. Leave to cool for 30 minutes or until lukewarm.

Sieve the liquid to remove the flowers, return the liquid to the bowl and stir in the mint leaves and honey.

Pour the liquid into ice pop moulds and freeze overnight.
