Preheat the oven to 180C or 160C and line a brownie tin with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cacao powder and sugar together. Pour in the oil, vanilla, melted chocolate, milk and bourbon. Mix until smooth and fold in the chocolate chips if using.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Leave to cool, place chocolate eggs on top, cut into squares and enjoy!
