You’ll be reaching for a second glass of this refreshing blood orange tea once you’ve had your first sip!
Steep the hibiscus tea in 400ml of boiling water for 5 minutes.
Place a slice of blood orange into a glass with a basil leaf. Add the sugar and muddle together. Place ice in the glass, pour in some of the tea and top with sparkling water. Stir and serve with a cinnamon stick.
