Use your favourite type of pasta to make this cheesy, beer-based delicious dish!
Melt the butter in a frying pan, pour in the milk and beer and bring to a gentle simmer. Sprinkle in the garlic powder.
Tip in the pasta and cook for 20 minutes (stir occasionally). Add the cheddar cheese and 100g of mozzarella and stir. Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella on top and place in the oven (with the grill on high) until the top begins to brown.
