Beer Batter Yorkshire Puddings

Yorkshire Puddings but with beer… YUM!


  • Place all of the ingredients into a bowl (apart from the oil) and mix thoroughly. Leave for 30 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 200C, add the oil to a cupcake baking tray, place in the oven for 10 minutes and mix the batter one last time.

  • Carefully remove the oiled tray from the oven, spoon in the batter equally and return to the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown and risen.
