Transform those over-ripe bruised bananas into a fantastic fruit loaf with 3 easy steps!
Preheat the oven to 180C or 160C for fan assisted ovens and line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Cream the butter and mashed banana together followed by the sugar, eggs and cinnamon.
Fold in the flower and baking powder and gently mix in the berries. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin, top with half a banana and bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
