Enjoy these chunky autumnal spiced wedges as a healthy snack!
Preheat the oven to 200C or 180C for fan assisted ovens and carefully cut the sweet potato into wedges or cubes.
In a mixing bowl combine the cumin, chilli, sumac, thyme, rosemary and garlic. Stir in lemon juice to taste followed by the oil. Add the potatoes and toss together.
Arrange the potato onto two baking trays, bake for 30 - 40 minutes until soft inside and crisp on the outside and enjoy!
