Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

Enjoy these chunky autumnal spiced wedges as a healthy snack!


  • Preheat the oven to 200C or 180C for fan assisted ovens and carefully cut the sweet potato into wedges or cubes.

  • In a mixing bowl combine the cumin, chilli, sumac, thyme, rosemary and garlic. Stir in lemon juice to taste followed by the oil. Add the potatoes and toss together.

  • Arrange the potato onto two baking trays, bake for 30 - 40 minutes until soft inside and crisp on the outside and enjoy!
