Bake or grill to crispy perfect for a healthier alternative to steak!
Preheat the oven to 200C, grease a baking tray with coconut oil and set aside.
Cut off the bottom/root of the cabbage and cut slices from top to bottom into 3/4 to 1 inch slices and place on the prepared baking tray.
In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, garlic, salts, pepper and thyme together then brush over one side of the cabbage, then flip the cabbage over and brush the other side. Roast the cabbage for 26 - 28 minutes or until crispy at the edges and tender in the middle.
Serve with a drizzle of lemon juice.
