Our meat seasoning is an appetising and delicious way of adding warmth and depth of flavour to all your red meat dishes.

What is the suggested use for our Meat Seasoning?

You can use our meat seasoning in several ways, as a dry marinade for beef, lamb and veal, it goes really well with steak, simple give your chosen meat a generous coating of this seasoning and leave to marinade for 1 hour, or overnight in the fridge if possible to allow the flavours to permeate the meat. Or mix with oil and make a liquid marinade to soak your meat in. Add to homemade rissoles, sausages, burgers, and cottage pie bases for extra flavour. Add as a seasoning to stews and casseroles, it can also be added to your dumpling mix to make delicious savoury dumplings to accompany a stew, add to savoury crumble toppings, pies and breadcrumb coatings for meat, and also to gravies and stocks for additional flavour.
