Iced Green Tea

  • Fill a glass with ice, 170ml of water and squeeze in a lime wedge.

  • In a cocktail shaker, tip in the remaining water and green tea sencha. Close the lid and shake vigorously until combined.

  • Pour the mixture into the glass of water and ice, stir and garnish with mint.

Classic Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 teabags
  • 1 ltr Boiled Water
  • 1 tablespoons Coconut Sugar
  • Lemon or Lime
  • Mint Sprig

Instructions

  • Add the teabags to the hot water a long with the sugar and lemon/lime wedges.

  • Stir then remove the teabags and wedges and leave to cool. Place in the fridge and serve over ice with the remaining lemon or lime slices and garnish with mint.

Rose Iced Tea

  • Boil the water. In a large jug/pitcher add the cardamom pods, petals, lemonade and lemon slices. Stir in the vanilla extract and sugar then carefully pour the hot water on top and stir. Steep for 2 hours then strain the tea to remove the cardamom pods, petals and lemon slices. Serve over ice with rose buds to garnish.

Blood Orange & Hibiscus Iced Tea

  • Steep the hibiscus tea in 400ml of boiling water for 5 minutes.

  • Place a slice of blood orange into a glass with a basil leaf. Add the sugar and muddle together. Place ice in the glass, pour in some of the tea and top with sparkling water. Stir and serve with a cinnamon stick.

Raspberry & Rosehip Iced Tea

  • Pour the water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, stir in the rosehips, partially cover the pot, lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in the raspberry leaves, cover and steep for 10 minutes.

  • Strain the mixture to remove the ingredients, add the raspberry and orange juice and stir. Leave to cool completely. Fill a glass with ice, add some fresh raspberries, pour the tea into the glass and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Pomegranate & Hibiscus Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 30g Hibiscus
  • 950ml Boiling Water
  • 240ml Pomegranate Juice
  • 950ml Cold Water
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Fresh Mint

Instructions

  • Steep the hibiscus in the boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, strain the tea, add the pomegranate juice, cold water and place in the fridge until chilled.

  • Serve with pomegranate seeds, ice and a fresh mint sprig.

Refreshing Iced Latte

  • Pour the coconut milk in to a blender and tip in the green tea sencha powder and honey. Blend for 30 seconds or until the liquid is smooth and lump free.

  • Pour the liquid in to a cup of ice.

Green Iced Tea

  • In a clean jar, shake the water and matcha together. Add the ice, lime juice and mint and shake. Add coconut sugar at this stage if desired.

  • Pour into a glass with ice, lime and mint.
