Pomegranate Coconut Mocktail

Ingredients
- 128g Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Coconut Sugar
- 235ml Coconut Water
- 500ml Sparkling Water
- 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
- Rosemary

Combine the pomegranate, sugar and coconut water in a blender, fill four glasses with ice and pour the mixture half way up the glass.

Fill the rest of the glass with the sparkling water, garnish with pomegranate seeds, orange zest and a sprig of rosemary.
Healthy Beet Juice

Ingredients
- 2 Beetroot cooked
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Beetroot Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- A pinch of Cumin

Chop the beetroot and cucumber, remove the skin from the lemon and run all the ingredients through a juicer and place in the fridge in an airtight container.
Fairtrade Ginger & Turmeric Wellness Shots

Ingredients
- 2 Oranges
- 2 Lemons
- 1 tablespoon Organic Fairtrade Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon Organic Fairtrade Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Organic Fairtrade Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Organic Coconut Oil melted

Add all of the ingredients to an air tight container and shake or combine using a blender or thoroughly stir in a mixing bowl. Add a splash of water if you're having trouble forming a smooth liquid.
Blue Lagoon Mocktail

Ingredients
- 60ml Blue Curacao Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 355ml Lemon-Lime Soda
- 1 Lemon Slice

Add ice to a glass then pour in the blue Curacao syrup and lemon juice. Slowly pour in the lemon-lime soda and stir to combine.

Garnish with a lemon slice and enjoy!
Smore Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 750ml Oat milk
- 25g Cacao Powder
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
- 4 tablespoons Coconut Sugar
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 pack of Digestive Biscuits
- Marshmallows
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks

Heat the milk in a saucepan, add the cacao powder, chocolate syrup, cinnamon, sugar and salt and whisk until combined.

Using a low setting on your oven or a microwave, heat some of the marshmallows, rub around the mug, crush the biscuits and dip the mug in the biscuit crumbs so they stick to the mug.

Pour the hot chocolate in to the mugs, top with marshmallows, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, a sprinkle of digestive biscuit crumbs and pop a cinnamon stick in to stir.
Green Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients
- 30g Spinach Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Spirulina Powder
- 30g Kale
- 1/2 Pear cut into chunks
- 1/2 Banana sliced
- 80g Frozen Blueberries
- 5 tablespoons Vegan Yoghurt

- 2 tablespoons Linseeds
- 120ml Brewed Green Tea chilled

Non-Alcoholic Mulled Wine

- 1-2 tablespoons Mulled Wine Spice Blend
- 750ml Grape Juice or Pomegranate Juice
- Demerara Sugar

Peanut Butter, Cacao & Banana Smoothie

Iced Green Tea

Ingredients
- 240ml Cold Water
- 1 teaspoon Green Tea Sencha
- Ice
- 1 Lime

Fill a glass with ice, 170ml of water and squeeze in a lime wedge.

In a cocktail shaker, tip in the remaining water and green tea sencha. Close the lid and shake vigorously until combined.

Lemon Water

- 1/2 Lemon
- 60ml Cold Water
- 80ml Hot Water

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a glass (discard the seeds!) Add the water, stir and drink while warm.
Blueberry & Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients
Purple Layer
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 100g Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 45g Frozen Blueberries
- 120ml Plant Milk
- 120ml Cold Water
- 1 Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Blueberry Powder
Yellow Layer
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/2 Apple
- 1/2 Cucumber Peel
- 1/2 inch of Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 100ml Cold Water

Combine the ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour in to a glass and place in the fridge.
Yellow Layer

Thoroughly clean the blender and repeat for the yellow layer. Pour the yellow smoothie on top of the purple and garnish.
DIY Oat Milk

Ingredients
- 1 L Filtered Water
- 70g Oats

Pour the oats and the water into a blender and blend until smooth.

Place a sieve into a large bowl, lay a clean tea towel on top then pour the mixture over the towel. Bring the ends together and squeeze the mixture through the towel until a dry pulp is left.

Store in a bottle in the fridge but shake well before use!
Turmeric, Orange & Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients
- 6 Orange
- 5 Lemons
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 liter Cold Water
- 125g Coconut Sugar

Juice the lemons and oranges in to a bowl, tip in the sugar, turmeric and ginger and combine thoroughly.

Banana Protein Shake

Ingredients
- 240ml Oat Milk
- 65g Vegan Greek Yoghurt
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

Wash, prepare and chop the ingredients.

Soothing Herbal Tea

Ingredients
- 1 past Raspberry Leaf
- 1 part Nettle Leaves
- 1/4 part Rosehip

Mix the ingredients together in an air-tight container.

To brew, use 2 to 3 teaspoons in a mug of boiling water.

Cover and brew for several minutes.
Homemade Pink Lemonade

Ingredients
- 300g Sugar
- 2 Lemons
- 1 Orange
- 500g Raspberries
- 350ml Water
- Sparkling water
Instructions

Place the sugar, raspberries and water in to a pan and using a sieve, squeeze in the juice of two lemons and one orange.

Bring to the boil, stir and leave to cool. Once cooled, using a sieve strain the liquid and press down of the raspberries to extract as much juice as possible.

Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge and consume within one week.

When ready to serve, pour in to a glass with ice and top up with sparkling water.
Turmeric & Orange Smoothie

- 2 Oranges quartered & peeled
- 1 Carrot chopped
- 1 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- A pinch of Black Pepper

Pop the orange, carrot, ginger, turmeric, pepper and ice cubes into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Add to a cup of water for a more juice-like smoothie!
Watermelon Ice Drinks

Ingredients
- 80ml Water
- 55g Sugar
- 1 Watermelon chilled
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice

Pour the water and sugar in to a saucepan, place over a low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.

Tip the liquid in to a bowl and place that bowl inside a bigger bowl that's full of cold water and ice and stir the syrup until cool.

Add the watermelon chunks to a blender and combine until a puree forms. Tip in the syrup and lime juice and blend.

Pour the mixture in to a baking tray/pan, cover with clingfilm and place in the freezer.

Remove from the freezer and using a fork scrape to lighten the texture of the ice. Scoop in to a glass and tip in water, lemonade or alcohol and stir. Garnish with a slice of watermelon.

- 375ml Coconut Milk
- 375ml Almond Milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Turmeric

- A pinch of Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Sugar

Add the coconut milk, almond milk, ground ginger, ground turmeric, coconut oil, black pepper, cinnamon stick and coconut sugar to a sauce pan and heat. Combine the ingredients and stir frequently.

The Virgin Mary

Ingredients
- 90ml Tomato Juice
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- A dash of Worcestershire Sauce optional

Green Tea Latte

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Green Tea Powder
- 1 tablespoon Hot Water (not boiling)

- 1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar

Sift the green tea powder into a glass or mug. Add the hot water and whisk until the powder dissolves. Use a frother if possible.

Tip milk and sugar in to a saucepan and heat over a medium heat. Do not boil. Froth the milk for 10 seconds and pour the hot milk into the glass/mug.

Dust with extra green tea powder if desired.
Protein Packed Spinach Smoothie

- 1 Banana
- 2 teaspoons Spinach Powder
- 30g Spinach Leaves
- 1 tablespoon Peanut or Almond Butter
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 50g Oats
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- Ice Cubes
- 1 Vanilla Pod

Slit the vanilla pod open down its length, and scrape out the small, sticky seeds using the tip of a small, sharp knife and add a couple of the seeds to a blender.

- 800ml Water
- 3 Lemons
- 80g Chia Seeds
- 4 tablespoons Agave Nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon Activated Charcoal Powder
- A pinch of Sea Salt

Soak the chia seeds in a bowl with some water overnight. Add 800ml of water to a blender, the juice of three lemons, the charcoal powder, agave nectar, salt and the soaked chia seeds.

Blend until smooth and store in the refrigerator.
Green Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 500ml Water
- 2 teaspoons Green Tea Sencha
- Ice
- 1 Lime
- A handful of Mint
- Coconut Sugar optional

In a clean jar, shake the water and matcha together. Add the ice, lime juice and mint and shake. Add coconut sugar at this stage if desired.

Pour into a glass with ice, lime and mint.
Turmeric Latte

Ingredients
- 400ml Coconut Milk
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Agave Nectar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- A pinch of Ground Nutmeg
- A pinch of Cardamom

Pour the coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla and nectar into a pan and mix. Tip in the turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg.

Whisk together and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, simmer for 5 minutes and stir occasionally.

Carefully pour into two mugs and sprinkle with turmeric and cinnamon.
