Pomegranate Coconut Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 128g Pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut Sugar
  • 235ml Coconut Water
  • 500ml Sparkling Water
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
  • Rosemary

Instructions

  • Combine the pomegranate, sugar and coconut water in a blender, fill four glasses with ice and pour the mixture half way up the glass.

  • Fill the rest of the glass with the sparkling water, garnish with pomegranate seeds, orange zest and a sprig of rosemary.

Fairtrade Ginger & Turmeric Wellness Shots

  • Add all of the ingredients to an air tight container and shake or combine using a blender or thoroughly stir in a mixing bowl. Add a splash of water if you're having trouble forming a smooth liquid.

Smore Hot Chocolate

  • Heat the milk in a saucepan, add the cacao powder, chocolate syrup, cinnamon, sugar and salt and whisk until combined.

  • Using a low setting on your oven or a microwave, heat some of the marshmallows, rub around the mug, crush the biscuits and dip the mug in the biscuit crumbs so they stick to the mug.

  • Pour the hot chocolate in to the mugs, top with marshmallows, a drizzle of chocolate syrup, a sprinkle of digestive biscuit crumbs and pop a cinnamon stick in to stir.

Non-Alcoholic Mulled Wine

  • Just 1-2 tablespoons of our mulled wine spice blend – depending how spiced you like the end result to be - will transform grape or pomegranate juice into a delicious warming drink; add a little demerara sugar to taste as well as some whole spices and fresh slices of apple and warm gently, do not boil. Once warmed through, pour into mugs or heat proof glasses and enjoy!

Iced Green Tea

  • Fill a glass with ice, 170ml of water and squeeze in a lime wedge.

  • In a cocktail shaker, tip in the remaining water and green tea sencha. Close the lid and shake vigorously until combined.

  • Pour the mixture into the glass of water and ice, stir and garnish with mint.

Blueberry & Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

Purple Layer

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 100g Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 45g Frozen Blueberries
  • 120ml Plant Milk
  • 120ml Cold Water
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Blueberry Powder

Yellow Layer

  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1/2 Cucumber Peel
  • 1/2 inch of Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 100ml Cold Water

Instructions

Purple Layer

  • Combine the ingredients in a blender until smooth and pour in to a glass and place in the fridge.

Yellow Layer

  • Thoroughly clean the blender and repeat for the yellow layer. Pour the yellow smoothie on top of the purple and garnish.

Turmeric, Orange & Ginger Lemonade

  • Juice the lemons and oranges in to a bowl, tip in the sugar, turmeric and ginger and combine thoroughly.

  • Pour in the cold water and whisk. Tip the mixture in to a jug with ice cubes and serve with fresh slices of orange and lemon and garnish with fresh mint.

Passion Fruit & Pineapple Smoothie

  • Tip all of the ingredients in to a blender and combine until a smoothie consistency forms.

  • Pour in to a glass and garnish.

Quick & Easy Juices

  • Wash, prepare and chop the ingredients.

  • Carefully add the ingredients to a juicer one at a time and serve cold.

Homemade Pink Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 300g Sugar
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Orange
  • 500g Raspberries
  • 350ml Water
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  • Place the sugar, raspberries and water in to a pan and using a sieve, squeeze in the juice of two lemons and one orange.

  • Bring to the boil, stir and leave to cool. Once cooled, using a sieve strain the liquid and press down of the raspberries to extract as much juice as possible.

  • Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge and consume within one week.

  • When ready to serve, pour in to a glass with ice and top up with sparkling water.

Watermelon Ice Drinks

Ingredients

  • 80ml Water
  • 55g Sugar
  • 1 Watermelon chilled
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Pour the water and sugar in to a saucepan, place over a low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.

  • Tip the liquid in to a bowl and place that bowl inside a bigger bowl that's full of cold water and ice and stir the syrup until cool.

  • Add the watermelon chunks to a blender and combine until a puree forms. Tip in the syrup and lime juice and blend.

  • Pour the mixture in to a baking tray/pan, cover with clingfilm and place in the freezer.

  • Remove from the freezer and using a fork scrape to lighten the texture of the ice. Scoop in to a glass and tip in water, lemonade or alcohol and stir. Garnish with a slice of watermelon.

Mango & Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • 200ml Coconut Water
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a blender until a smooth consistency forms.

  • Serve in a glass and garnish with fresh fruit.

Golden Turmeric Milk

  • Add the coconut milk, almond milk, ground ginger, ground turmeric, coconut oil, black pepper, cinnamon stick and coconut sugar to a sauce pan and heat. Combine the ingredients and stir frequently.

  • After 4 minutes, taste and add more coconut sugar if needed. Carefully remove the cinnamon stick before serving.

Refreshing Iced Latte

  • Pour the coconut milk in to a blender and tip in the green tea sencha powder and honey. Blend for 30 seconds or until the liquid is smooth and lump free.

  • Pour the liquid in to a cup of ice.

Green Tea Latte

  • Sift the green tea powder into a glass or mug. Add the hot water and whisk until the powder dissolves. Use a frother if possible.

  • Tip milk and sugar in to a saucepan and heat over a medium heat. Do not boil. Froth the milk for 10 seconds and pour the hot milk into the glass/mug.

  • Dust with extra green tea powder if desired.

Protein Packed Spinach Smoothie

  • Slit the vanilla pod open down its length, and scrape out the small, sticky seeds using the tip of a small, sharp knife and add a couple of the seeds to a blender.

  • Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until the mixture is completely smooth.

  • Add water if needed and serve.

Organic Immune Boosting Juice

  • Extract the juice from two lemons, tip into a juicer a long with slices of frozen apple, ground ginger, turmeric powder and carrots and juice.

Organic Chocolate Date Smoothie

  • Place the milk and dates into a blender and combine until smooth. Add the banana, cacao powder, almond butter, cinnamon and ginger and blend until smooth and creamy.

Charcoal & Chia Seed Lemonade

  • Soak the chia seeds in a bowl with some water overnight. Add 800ml of water to a blender, the juice of three lemons, the charcoal powder, agave nectar, salt and the soaked chia seeds.

  • Blend until smooth and store in the refrigerator.

Green Iced Tea

  • In a clean jar, shake the water and matcha together. Add the ice, lime juice and mint and shake. Add coconut sugar at this stage if desired.

  • Pour into a glass with ice, lime and mint.

Turmeric Latte

  • Pour the coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla and nectar into a pan and mix. Tip in the turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg.

  • Whisk together and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, simmer for 5 minutes and stir occasionally.

  • Carefully pour into two mugs and sprinkle with turmeric and cinnamon.
