What is in our Cajun Spice Blend?

Our Cajun spice blend is a traditional seasoning that hails from the Louisiana in the Deep South of the USA. The spicy authentic flavour is designed to enhance the flavour of the ‘holy trinity’ of celery, red peppers and onion used as a base in many Cajun recipes which are mixed in vaguely equal measure and then have other spices and herbs added to this mix. Our blend contains salt, Spanish paprika, fennel, basil, black pepper, garlic, onion, chilli, cumin & mustard.
