There’s only one way to celebrate a long weekend and that’s with these beautiful beverages!

Orange & Lemon Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 120ml Orange Juice
  • 90ml Gin
  • 55ml Syrup
  • 30ml Lemon Juice
  • 120ml Sparkling Water
  • Orange Wedges

Instructions

  • Add the orange juice, gin, syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice, shake until combined.

  • Divide between two glasses filled with ice, top with sparkling water and garnish with an orange wedge!

Watermelon Mocktail

Ingredients

  • 450g Watermelon chopped
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Sugar
  • 500ml Soda Water chilled
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • Ice Cubes
  • Rosemary Sprig to garnish

Instructions

  • Remove any seeds from the watermelon chunks and place the melon flesh in the freezer for an hour.

  • Add the watermelon to a blender, squeeze in the lime juice and add the sugar, chilled water and mint leaves.

  • Blend until smooth, adding extra water if needed, serve with ice and a sprig of rosemary!

Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 500g Frozen Pineapple chopped
  • 180ml Coconut Milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 30-60ml White Rum

Instructions

  • Add the frozen pineapple and coconut milk to a blender, blend until creamy and smooth adding more coconut milk if needed. Add the honey/syrup and rum, mix and taste.

Cinnamon Strawberry Smoothie

  • Place the banana, strawberries, yoghurt, orange juice, agave and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with fresh strawberries!

Watermelon & Papaya Rum Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 30g Frozen Papaya
  • 1 teaspoon Papaya Fruit Powder
  • 65g Pineapple chunks
  • 190g Frozen Watermelon cubed
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 235ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Agave
  • 65g Orange Juice
  • 55ml Rum

Instructions

  • Place the papaya, papaya fruit powder, pineapple, watermelon, salt, coconut milk, agave, orange juice and rum into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 2 Bananas peeled & chopped
  • 470ml Oat Milk
  • 65g Peanut Butter
  • Honey to taste
  • 250g Ice Cubes

Peanut Butter Layer

  • Place the bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey and ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into the bottom of the prepared glasses.

Chocolate Layer

  • Place the water, banana, cacao, almond butter, cinnamon and ice into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour on top of the peanut butter layer.

  • Top with coconut and cacao nibs and enjoy!

Strawberries and Cream Smoothie

  • Place the strawberries, strawberry fruit powder, yoghurt, almond milk, dates, vanilla and ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth.

Purple Potato Shake

Ingredients

  • Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, boil or steam for 15 minutes or until soft enough to pierce with a fork and mash.

  • Once cooled, place the mash into a freezer container and freeze until frozen.

  • Once frozen, place the mash into a blender along with the milk and blueberry fruit powder (and sugar if using). Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Green Mojito Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 380g Ice Cubes
  • 250g Spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Spinach Powder
  • 200g Pineapple Chunks
  • 120ml Water
  • 1 Banana peeled & chopped
  • 1 Orange peeled and segmented
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 Lime juiced

Instructions

  • Blend the ice, spinach, spinach powder, pineapple, water, banana, orange, mint, lemon juice and lime juice in a blender until smooth.

Raspberry Rooibos Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Rooibos Tea
  • 235ml Boiling Water
  • 470ml Cold Water
  • 200g Raspberries
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons Coconut Sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Steep the tea in the boiling water, set aside then strain to remove the tea leaves. Pour in the cold water and leave to cool completely.

  • In a saucepan, heat the raspberries with the sugar and vanilla for 2 - 3 minutes stirring often. Put the mixture through a sieve, using a large spoon, squash the fruit to separate the pulp and juice from the seeds.

  • Once the tea has cooled, add the raspberry mixture, lemon juice and mint leaves. Place in the fridge and serve with ice!

Frozen Kiwi Daiquiris

Ingredients

  • 280ml Pureed Kiwi
  • 230ml White Rum
  • 90ml Lime Juice
  • 120ml Water
  • 65g Coconut Sugar

Instructions

  • Place the pureed kiwi into a blender followed by the rum, lime, water and sugar and blend until combined.

  • Leave for one hour for the sugar to melt, stir, cover and freeze overnight.

  • When ready to serve, fluff the mixture with a fork and scoop into glasses and enjoy!

Frozen Raspberry Gin Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 300g Frozen Raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons Lime Cordial
  • 2 Limes
  • 50ml Gin
  • 250ml Soda Water

Instructions

  • Place the raspberries, lime cordial, lime juice, gin and water into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Top with more water if needed and serve!

Fruit Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 300ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon Hibiscus Tea
  • Strawberries chopped
  • Fresh Mint
  • Lemon Slices
  • Ice Cubes
  • Coconut Sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Add the room temperature water to a loose-leaf tea pot with the hibiscus tea. Cover and leave for an hour.

  • Add ice to a bottle a long with the strawberries, mint and lemon slices. Strain in the tea and stir in sugar if needed. Place in the fridge before serving.

Raspberry Collins

Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Raspberries
  • Ice Cubes
  • 50ml Raspberry Gin
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 a Lemon
  • Soda Water

Instructions

  • Muddle the raspberries at the bottom of a highball glass and add ice.

  • Add the raspberry gin, sugar and lemon juice, top with soda water and mix together.

Superfood Purple Smoothie

  • Place the frozen berries, frozen spinach, banana powder, oat milk, water, bilberry powder and ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth.

  • Serve in a glass with bee pollen on top!

Classic Lemon Gin Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Gin
  • 1 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Icing Sugar
  • 120ml Sparkling Water
  • Cucumber Slice
  • Lemon Slice
  • Frozen Blueberries
  • Rosemary Sprigs

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, lemon juice and icing sugar together with ice.

  • Strain into a glass, top up with sparkling water and garnish with a cucumber and lemon slice followed by frozen blueberries and a rosemary sprig... Cheers!

Plant Power Purple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana sliced
  • 100g Frozen Pineapple
  • 45g Frozen Blueberries
  • 120ml Coconut Milk
  • 129ml Water
  • A pinch of Ground Ginger
  • 3 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Place the banana, pineapple, blueberries, coconut milk, water, ginger and ice cubes into a blender, blend until smooth and serve!

Blood Orange Chia Water

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Blood Orange
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 350ml Hot Water

Instructions

  • Mix the chia seeds, blood orange juice, apple cider vinegar and water together and leave for 5 - 10 minutes, stirring occasionally or until the chia seeds have formed a gel.

  • Serve with a slice of blood orange.
