Enjoy an egg-cellent Easter from the comfort of your own home with these fun activities the whole family can enjoy!
Whip up a batch of these fun pancakes and get creative with different Easter characters. (Our personal favourites are an Easter bunny and an Easter chick!)
It’s time to transform eggs into a variety of colours for an exciting Easter egg hunt around the house (or if the weather is nice in the garden!) Up the ante by painting a letter on each egg to form the words “Happy Easter” and get the kids to work it out once they’ve collected them all.
Using 100% natural ingredients only, we’ve created our very own homemade play dough! It’s a great sensory experience for your little ones and we know adults can’t resist getting involved too…
Now’s your chance to make that mouthwatering Easter egg you’ve always dreamt of… You’ll never want to go back to shop bought after this!
It’s time for a spot of gardening and growing indoors! Not only is this a fun activity, it means any egg shells wont go to waste AND you can make delicious egg and cress sandwiches (not to mention the satisfaction of growing your own edible herbs!)
The satisfaction of baking your own bread, biscuits, cakes and pies will keep you occupied during the bank holiday weekend! Click here for our entire collection of Easter recipes. Here’s one of our all time favs…
7. Spring Critters 🐰
Save up your toilet roll cardboard and create Easter bunnies, spring chickens and creepy crawly characters to celebrate spring!
8. Easter Bonnet Fun 👒
An Easter bonnet is a fancy hat worn as a Christian head covering on Easter, by tradition. It represents the tail-end of a tradition of wearing new clothes at Easter but we just think they are oh so fun to make!
9. Easter Egg Painting 🎨
Get the paint brushes and paints out and unleash creativity onto eggs. Once dry, they make the perfect Easter egg hunt supplies!
10. Easter Baskets 🎁
Put a care package together for a loved one and drop if off on their doorstep as a random at of kindness. (We highly suggest packing it with Easter grub such as hot cross buns!)
